Unregistered mouses create weird effects in mousemux programs

In mousemux, if an unregistered mouse (my wacom) has a window focused, it creates weird effects.
While trying paint.net and paint windows 98, windows 98 paint did weird lines towards wacom mouse, pdn just points to the corner

The mulltiplex mode was totally renewed, try this again in any version from 1.0.18 and upwards
