If restarting or shutting down computer with notepad app (or word…) not saved, a blue screen will show up asking if saving unsaved file or canceling restart/shutdown or restart/shutdown anyway. The mouse cursor is gone, so it is hard for user to click buttons to continue. Have to power cycle the computer manually.
