Same problem with Win 10 when in Multiplex mode regardless if 'Hide' has been selected. If the Win key is keyboard activated to display taskbay and start menu I observe that curser 'slides underneath' these.

Ver 1.0.19 - No longer seeing this behaviour provided ownership is not activated and I do click on the desktop after selecting Multiplex input.
If I select the win 10 start button the curser will dissappear while over the start popup but functionality is still there as programs highlight as I move the invisible curser arround

Bob Wright: Yes cursors in Multiplex mode are not always on-top. I know how to fix this but it will take some time as it involves lots of additional code unfortunately.
